Assistant House Manager

The assistant house manager is prayerfully responsible for the successful functioning of the home for evenings & nights or weekends.

Responsibilites Include:

• Safety

• Schedule adherence

• Mentoring/role modeling

• Health Care & Domestic Skill Development

• Encouraging resident participation in a healthy evening/weekend routine (as indicated by the program structure)

• Assisting in food preperation, chores, and other resident responsibilities

• Enforcement of rules & policies

• Ensuring the safety of each resident

• Promoting resident Independence, dignity, and respect

• Facilitating the residents’ healthcare
